What Shirt/Tie with silver grey suit?

I've been invited to an annual christmas party which up until this year required men to wear penguin suits and women to wear dresses/gowns.
This year, it's just suits and dresses/tops and smart trousers.
Obviously I'm a guy btw :P
Anyway, I have bought a silvery grey suit and need a shirt and tie to go with it. I'll be wearing black shoes.
I've got a skinny silver tie with a white shirt/grey and black thin stripes.
