Hello,

I have tried suicide 3 times and want to try again. I plan to jump from a high building (everything worked out). Is anyone feeling the same?

Go and see you GP hun, thinking about things like suicide isn't good. I have tried to commit suicide, but when I was in hospital is realised that really it's not worth it. If you really feel that way, you should try and talk to somebody about it. We are all here to listen, but I really think you should get professinal help.
PM me if you need to talk- however, it may be better to post on the board as more people can help you.
    Xx

    heya,
please to go to see your doctor. ive got thoughts of it in my head but i know that im not going to follow through - i cudn't bear to cause pain to my friends and family as ive already tried once. please try to get help with the thoughts you have got. gps are really helpful and may be able to refer you to some more support.
posting on the boards is good too as there is always someone who has gone through similar feelings. :)

You might think that there's no way out of your problems but there is. Please see your GP.

    Well...

I have been in your position, have and do contemplate it due to my health problems, however, there is generally more to go on living for than you might think. Do feel free to email me, if I can find out how to link it, and we can discuss this. If you are desperate, there are people out there who can help. Guess that sounds trite, but...

    Hi Peter,

Really sorry to hear you feel this way, I hope sharing how you felt has helped a little. Are there particular things that are making you feel like this at the moment?

If there are and you'd like to discuss them here, then feel free to let us know. If you don't want to share how you're feeling in this thread, then maybe think about calling Samaritans. They provide a great listening ear service where you'd be able to talk about anything worrying you.

Their phone number is 08457 90 90 90 or you can email them on jo@samaritans.org

If there are other issues you'd like to speak to people about directly then a good place to start might be our Need Help Now page, which has links lots of information on different organisations that specialise in many issues, as well as our local advice finder and askTheSite service.

I hope some of that helps.
