I've done something retarded to the computer...

I accidently pressed some buttons on the computer (I'm not sure which ones) and now the screen's gone really wide and kinda fuzzy, and a bit greyish too, I really have not got a clue what I've done, and I've already tried pressing more random buttons and turning it off and on and all that jazz, but it doesn't work.
So how do I fix it..?
Oh yeah, I know this should probably go in the technology bit here, but I thought more people would see it here, and this is driving me mental.

do u mean u pressed some buttons on the monitor? it sounds like you've given it the wrong aspect ratio and saturation values.

I did the restore default thingy.. and it worked
So yeah, I think you can see I'm not so hot with computers, but thanks
