i don't know if this should be travel or not 
anyway, has anyone here used www.youngmarmalade.com? it is a business that sells cars on hire purchase and also provides insurance. i think it would be ideal for me because i'm on a relatively low wage and can't afford to buy a car outright and get insurance at the same time. with the young marmalade scheme you don't pay insurance for the first year and can get a ford fiesta 1.4 style or zetec for about £160/month for 5 years. i think the insurance would cost about £80/month after the first year, i would only really be driving at weekend, because my company provides vans for on the job travelling; and i don't go anywhere that far on a weeknight
i imagine i would be travelling possibly 120 - 150 miles a month?
