Smoking :-(

Right, I'm going to quit smoking and was just wondering is there anyway to get rid of that smell on your fingers? Because my hands always smell of fags, and it has been making me want one ALL day.
Also, loads of my friends smoke, and I find it really hard to stand with them when they smell of it....
I really don't know what to do!?

    Anti-bacterial hand gel, followed by scented hand moistuiser, to make them smell nice, and otherwise the gel dries them out.

    Do they smoke, like, constantly, when you're with them or only every one every couple of hours or what?

    Most my friends smoke about 10/15 a day. I've never smoked that much, but the smell just sticks, and it just makes me want one :-(

    Can you have a lollipop or something when they're smoking? It won't get rid of the smell but it'll give you something to do with your hands.

    Or you could just passive inhale hard as you can...

    Lollipops... I'm sure I could manage one or two, or three a day :-p
