So, i have a samsung tocco lite, and on monday, it started messing up, the screen freezes on and off, its VERY slow, and just generally really bad. I looked it up and found out it might need an update, as in a software update kinda thing. So i went into carphone warehouse today and asked about it and got the update. After waiting i went to pick it up and my phone is even worse. Its buggered completely now. I would love to know whats wrong with it, my guess is the screen. Do you think it could be something they did wrong? I dont have a warranty on it now as ive had it two months, and i dont have the receipts for it, my boyfriend does, but hes lost them :banghead: Ive looked up about repairs, they cost between 50 - 160 quid.. I really dont have that sort of money, i dont even have a back up phone to use in the mean time
