i'm sat with someone all day every day. I just want some specifics on what i should be saying to this person and perhaps some advice on how she could make me feel more like speaking to her or feel enthusiastic and positive about the whole person being there thing alltogether.

    How can you get advice on how she could make you feel like talking? Is not really her fault your being anti-social.

    Just talk ask what she's in to films music whatever.

    Is here a reason why you don't really want to talk to her?
