Nothing new I know but just thought I'd bring this up.
The survey from which the stat is taken had a reasonable population size for a minority - 200 - and given all of the other triangulating evidence is probably isn't far wrong.
Just have a look at some of the comments received at the bottom of the page - and this is the country (as USSR) that Paul Robeson fled to, stating 'here - for the first time in my life - I walk in dignity'.

Having said that, it would be interesting to see the equivalent in other countries too, because at least as far as verbal abuse goes, I suspect we wouldn't be far off. Maybe not so much physical assault.
