is it true that if a boy gets clamydia (spelling) it can not be cured???

how is it cured in women and men (if possible)

    Men only carry the disease so don't show any symptoms, but both men and women can be treated by antibiotics, so if the woman if confirmed as having chlamydia, her partner will be treated as well.

    Can I just ask...what r the syptoms of chlamidia...is there anything about bleeding between periods???Anyone no????
