Pain in the right side of chest

Last night lying in bed i got a sorta sudden dull pain on the right side of my chest, and its been recurring a little throughout the day. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

    indegestion....anything really. maybe ring up nhs direct or go on nhs direct website and answer a few questions they will tell you wat to do

    its sorta a muscular kinda pain so god knows, i'll give a couple days and see if i goes away was just wondering if anyone had any ideas
