In wine-tasting, what's the difference between aroma, and nose?

I know wine-tasters often take a gentle sniff of the wine they're drinking before they actually taste it. I've heard of wine described as having a "nutty nose." How do nose and aroma actually differ?

Aroma/Nose - How it smells, usually specific like raspberries, blackcurrants, grass, wheat.
Bouquet - A collection of smells/aromas that give an overall but not quite defined smell like fruity, nutty, earthy, musty.
