Most people have disabilities and none of us are physically and mentally perfect for the job. The handicap can be minor or severe so the employer has to provide adaptations under the Disability Discrimination Act. This employment law covers mental health as well as physical problems of workers. People with severe health handicap needs to be treated equally by employers and given opportunities to succeed occupationally
