ok need help, please help!

today I have my last English exam and I know nothing (a-level mock) and on Wednesday I have a University interview HEEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPP,

(the reason I wrote it on this section is because.... I was feeling sassy!)

    Play some very relaxing music (without lyrics), tense and relax every part of your body, starting from the toes up.

    Take a couple of deep breaths & let the breaths out slowly, allowing your body to relax as you exhale, then count (in your mind) from 10 down to one, relaxing more with each number, allowing your body to sink into the chair.

    When you are relaxed say to yourself:
    I want to be able to recall all the informatin I need for this exam
    I can recall all the information I need for this exam
    and I will be able to recall all the information.

    say it two or three times

    Then tell yourself how confident you feel, that the confidence is flowing throughout your whole body & you feel confident & relaxed and even how you are looking forward to the exam.

    Then count from 1 up to 10, open your eyes, stretch & tell yourself how good you feel

    Do this as many times as possible b4 your mocks & any exams in the furure. The information is in there somewhere if you have been to your lectures.

    Do it as many times as possible b4 your interview, but change the words to:
    I want to do well at the interview
    I can " " " " "
    and I will " " " "

    plus the confidence boost.

    Good luck with the exam & the interview.

    Im gonna do it and say i want to go out, i can go out and i will go out.

    Maybe itll make me feel better, self hypnosis eh, ill tell you what i think when ive done it.
