Nerves trapped in my arm :O

hey all
i've had this problem for awhile now, not really bothered me to much
but everynow and again i get really shakes in both my arms, sometimes one, sometimes both,
as i said its never really bothered me to much but someone today said that it might get worse as time goes on, i'd not though of that
the thing is, if i have the operation to have them remove there a chance that i may lose movement in my arms for around 3 months, i don't what that to happen, unable to do the simplest tasks for that length of time
basically what i want to know is there any other option to get them out or stop the problem occuring??

to have what removed?...best get it checked out with your gp?

to have the trapped nerves removed or moved, i'm not really sure which one it is, wasn't really explained very clearly to me
