hey everyone
just thought i would inform everyone that today i have been feeling a bit happier about things...i have got dressed and washed my hair after being in my pjs and not washed my hair for like 4 days...and i even went out of the house forced by my partner like but i feel better for it...he has even invited his family round tomorrow and mine are coming sunday for a bbq and knowing i have to entertain people makes me feel like ihave something to focus on

My dad is feeling good too after the breakin and that makes me feel better

thank you to everyone that has supported me over the few days i will proplerly use this site still because i properly will go back to feeling sad again but at the moment i feel good.
