    This thread finally got me. I went out and bought bananas for banana bread now :D

    Just got to play the waiting game now. Brown mushy should have been thrown away a week ago cant peel cuz they are so soft bananas make the best bread. :yum:

    a friend cooked for a couple of mates and he made chicken (chopped into little bits), Basmati rice with a curry sauce. I do not really like curry (and I don't know why, I wish I would), but he added some bananas and they made it really sweet and diffused the typical curry taste I can't stand for long. It was great.
