    Doing Lamb Hearts were sick as hell, especially when you see the ventricles and valves.

    Crocodile was the strangest meat i ever cooked.

    The most interesting ingredient ive ever used (seriously) is Honey, its such a funny little substance being incredibly sticky, runny or solid, adds a smoky sweetness to whatever you put it in, is nice when its cooked or raw and gives the best natrual glaze on everything, its also quite healthy!
