ISO to USB Stick / SD Card Bootable

Does anyone know a really easy way to take a bootable ISO CD Image and make it so that you can boot off of a USB Stick or SD Card, rather then having to constantly burn CD's?

This would be especially useful for my netbook which doesn't have a CD Drive.

Normally use windowsXP so something that will run in Windows

Easy, burn it to the USB stick, go into your BIOS and tell it to boot from USB first. That is, if it supports it.

I'm sure there's a lot more to it then that, I've seen some instruction on how to copy an ISO to USB but it's usually 15 to 20 individual steps

This was the something I found but it's far from straightforward

I did however find this yesterday which is great for testing out various type of Linux on USB - it worked fine for every Linux Distro I tried but I also tried using it to see if it would copy a Windows XP ISO to USB and it didn't work
