Hmmm. The breakfast sounds good. But for everything else, doesn't sound filling enough to me.
 I'm no expert, but the lunch and tea don't sound like "proper" meals to me. White bread's not the best for keeping your energy levels up etc. As a day's menu, it's probably low on calories, but'll just leave you hungry.
I dont' think that what you've eaten would fill me up though i would want to eat more for dinner - if you have something balenced like a baked potato with lots of vegetabes and some protein like a chicken breast then that would fill you up more I would think and wouldn't be that many more calories.
Also peanut butter is really calorifc - but it is a good source of protein.
The soup - is it from a tin or is it homemade?
I think it sounds alright. You could probably add in an extra small snack or a bread roll with the soup.
How do you feel on it?
Plus i've walked for 30 mins today
I just think i need more healthier bread and a bit more fruit and veg
Thanks again:):):):)
I doubt it's even 500 calories.
come off it. The peanut butter sandwich with yoghurt and chips was probably 500 cals alone.
I really think a lot of people over-estimate the amount of food they need
lunch around 500
dinner about 250 or less depending on the type of soup
horlicks about 125cals
It's quite good but you could make a few changes.
Like with your porridge make it with mostly water then a splash of milk and if you put sugar on to sweeten it try honey instead. But the nuts and raisins are good  Homemade smoothies are good alternatives for breakfast you can add porridge oats to make them more filling. I used to have frozen mixed berries, honey, porridge oats and some soya milk.
For dinner swap white bread for wholemeal..maybe try wholemeal pitta wit hummous. Or Vegetable sticks/oatcakes and hummous or salsa for a change.
Soups good but check that they are not high in salt and sugar...making your own is good and you can make a massive batch and freeze it. Have wholemeal bread to fill you up. Also wholemeal pasta with lot's of roasted vegetables and a tomatoe based sauce is good and filling
For sweet treats and snacks things such as grapes and apples of course are healthy and good choices. But for chocolate fixes I have the dark or milk chocolate alpro soya yogurts. There really nice and only 100-115 calories.
