I need advice.

Hi, i dont know if this is the right place to post this but i really need help.

My friend just said she took about 4 Nytol sleeping pills, and shes been drinking vodka today :\
is that bad? i dont know how strong they are or anything, but anyone any idea what i should do?

she just told me she made herself throw them up, will she be okay?

I dont know what to do..:(

    thats a bit excessive! how much vodka?

    i'd call NHS direct, but i think she'll just have a sore head in the morning.

    She tried to kill herself..
    but thanks, i think she will be okay. I just panicked.

    Hey, it's understandable that you panicked, knowing a friend is feeling that bad is bound to make you feel bad too. Has she talked to anyone other than friends about how she's feeling?

    Just to let you know, you friend will be safe cos there wont be much damage from that amount. But she should talk to a doctor about this. Look after yourself x
