Like http://www.lactaid.com/page.jhtml?id=/lactaid/products/products.inc#Fast_Act_Chewables or whatever is similar. Anybody tried them with any success or waste of money? I always forget I don't do well with large quantities of dairy until I over indulge and perhaps having them lie around would help me remember and then I wouldn't have to take a half day at work because I'm crippled over in pain. Plus I have a fondu party coming up and I can picture that outcome
