Hi,
I am female, 36 and live in Germany. I have 3 kids and I was diagnosed with manic depression about a year or so ago. I have been very down ever since the diagnosis. I wanted to share my experiences with people and seek some support.
On the whole I am a very quiet person who enjoys family life and likes to socialise and make new friends but I find it hard keeping my friends sometimes. I do have some long term friendships but new friends seem to come and go although this may be due to my lifestyle(i move countries a lot!).
Anyway, thats the main part.
