f-secure security but has a spam malfunction

Hello,

I am having upteen problems lately, what is going on I ask myself. Had a car accident today whilst working. Cannot attend my tutorials for my degree course as I work on the day they are being held. Now my pc security which is with f-secure keeps showing a warning sign telling me that spam is malfunctioned I have tried looking for help via f-secure but cannot seem to find out what I need to know. Anyone here help a damsel in stress...? I done all checks but it is still showing spam malfunction. Any help appreciated.

I deal with roughly 2000 customers with F-Secure installed. (versions 2005-8). The most common problem by far is the spam malfunction. If you use webmail as your main email, then best bet is just to turn that feature off. If you do use POP3 i.e. Outlook or Thunderbird, then the only way to fix it is to reinstall F-Secure.

many thanks...I will try to re-install F-Secure. Never had the problem before...just one of life little mystery
