Cloning SATA-to-SATA

I've used Ghost in the past to successfully clone a drive where one is IDE and the other is SATA. Now I'm trying to handle 2 SATA drives. Ghost reaches the splash page then hangs. Looks like it doesn't like seeing 2 SATA drives connected simultaneously. They show up fine in the BIOS and in Windows. Could it be due to the fact that they're connected on board channels 1 and 3 and Ghost can only handle 1ary/2ary board channels? Does anyone know of imaging software that can clone SATA-to-SATA?
