okay basically, i gave oral sex last night im female and i have spots on the inside of my mouth today, can anyone help i really scared PLEASE

Given how concerned you are the best thing you can do is to arrange to visit a local GUM clinic or speak to your GP. Either should be able to help explain what might be causing the problem and hopefully help sort out a problem.
It's important to bear in mind that the problem may not be something serious, so try to get someone to take a look as soon as possible. Even if there is something that needs treating you'll have the reassurance of knowing what you need to deal with.
