growing out pob

is it possible? how? have low hair line at the back which doesn't help, although its grown to halfway down the nape of my neck it looks all blocky and wedgy... at the front its well past chin length and more kind of like feathered? What do i do with it??? don't know if photo helps

I genuinely think it looks nice as it is.

I got mine cut out, the hairdresser chopped more layers into it so it was a choppy bob rather than a pob.

Its been about a year, and its quite long now.
