condom question

this is probably a stupid question, but when you unroll the condom as you're putting it on, does it matter if there is some left at the base which is still rolled up? obviously condoms are not gonna be the perfect fit for everyone. is there any chance it could slip off or get loose and be a little...baggy? and would this be uncomfortable for either person?

    Does not matter at all as long as its rolled to the base so it does not slip off halfway through! Nothing worse than cumming and realising it slipped off inside her halfway through!
