Who would undergo drug trials in the interest of medical research? and when would personal interest come first?

    It would depend on the drug and how much they paid (now there's an idea on beating debt)

    I think I would be more willing if I had a long term illness and I knew a drug that they were testing could potencially improve the condition, I would be more willing to take the risk.

    If I was suffering an ailment it was designed to help then yes. Else no.

    A considerable majority participate in vaccination programs.

    I've done a few trials, but they have all been to do with cognative tests, so they havent been dangerous but they were interesting. Quite good money too.

    Most if not all of the universities who do medicine, or physcology (which of course I cant spell) or similar will do them. Just email and ask, I got forwarded an email which was sent out to students asking them to take part.
