Well I think it honestly comes down to the person. I know with my ex it was very obvious when he came, as there was a lot and it had a very distinctive taste. With my current boyfriend, I really do have a tough time telling, and I only really notice because the texture is a lot more creamy (not sure if i'm describing this right) compared to my own saliva :P
