Halloween outfit inspiration needed!

I need an outfit to wear for Halloween next week....but I'm crap at creative things. Any ideas?
It needs to be cheap and conveniant (ie, I don't have to put too much effort into it) but I'd like to do something!
I was thinking either a witch or black cat (so I can wear my black long boots). Was gonna try and find a mesh/netting black ra-ra skirt (any ideas where I can purchase one of these?), black leggings, leather boots, some sort of black top and then doing my face.
Hmm, what do I do with my face?!! Oh I hate fancy dress.
