FAO parents/ people that buy toys regularly

I remember that it used to be possible to buy a big tub of plastic bugs very cheaply from somewhere like the early learning centre. It seems that they don't sell that kind of thing anymore, nor do many of the big toy shops, so, apart from over the net (which i don't really want to do cos i want to start making my halloween dress asap), i can't seem to find any...

otherwise, dolls that come apart easily i.e. cheap barbie style dolls, where would i get things like that from as well, as i have been very unsucessful in finding any!
