I am currently splittling up with the farther of my 18month daughter. He is the farther but he didnt put his name on the birth cert. I was just wondering what rights he has. I dont mind him having regular access i am just a little concerned that he will want to take her overnight straight away and i think she would find this very scary. Can anyone help?
