im22 and been going out with my girlfriend for 4 years.
3 weeks ago she said to me she wants to go on a break to figure out if she wants to be in a relationship or not
we have met a few times and i have told her how i feel and told her i will never let her down again.
wen we meet it is great and i know we are perfect for each other.
i asked if we can get back together coz its killin me i cant eat sleep or work properly and it hurts.
i told her this and she just said she wants time to think
what can i do

Just don't try to rush her into a decision, because this ends usually bad for the one rushing.
have patience, don't be clingy, but be prepared for the worst.
Why exactly is she making this break to re-evaluate the relationship, and why did you tell her you will never let her down again. I think you know more than you tell, which is fine, but isn't good if you want people to understand your situation to advise you.
