Work Wardrobe

I'm starting my first full-time job this September working in a primary school and was wondering if anyone has any advice for a capsule work wardrobe? I'm used to kicking about in jeans all the time so it'll make a change to be kitted out formally. What items would you swear by for the workplace?

    I work in an office, but it's pretty laid back so I wear jeans, teeshirts n stuff. Sorry, that's no help whatsoever lol.

    pretty obvious really :)

    black/grey pants, smart/casual tops, sensible shoes, cardigan/jumpers, shirts (if you feel comfy in them)

    all the teachers i had were quite casual, doubt you'd need a suit, just smart pants and smart tops

    maybe you could as what the dress code is if it'd put your mind at ease?
