Masturbate too much and feel like I'm addicted to porn :/

Hey guys and gals, just a few problems at the minute, I'm hoping someone will be able to give me a bit of help with.

Ideally, I'd like to only masturbate once or twice a week (to release sexual tention, clean my sperm-duct, etc) - but, it seems my ideals aren't going too well because sometimes I'll masturbate up to 4 or 5 times per day - it makes me feel garbage.

I also would ideally like to stop watching porn, its not for any moral reason or anything like that, I just don't find it all that tasteful but, I just keep going back and watching it.. maybe it's just boredom, but after watching it, I feel dirty and that I'm lacking class/taste (not to demean anyone that enjoys porn, it's just a personal thing for me) - it makes me feel crappy, but I just can't stop watching the damn stuff.

Does anyone have any good advice for handling both of these issues? How can I control my sex drive better and how to avoid porn..

It also seems to give me acne, for instance, if I go a whole week without watching porn and masturbating my skin is completely clear, but now after sitting half the night watching porn and then today again, my skin is all blemished and horrible looking.

Mentally, physically and spiritually this stuff is destroying me. I know I won't be able to get a girlfriend until this stops and I reach my ideals.

You don't mention your age, but if you are a teen, you are no different to other guys your age.

Unless you're masturbating over child or animal porn, there is no reason to feel guilty. Masturbation, even lots of it, should be enjoyed without guilt. It only becomes a problem if you would rather stay in your dark, lightless bedroom and masturbate, instead of going out and having a life.

The association with acne and masturbation is spurious. If anything, you're getting spots 'cos you're masturbating so hard, that you work up a sweat. Oily skin and oily hair gives you spots. Bathe often, drink lots of water, eat fresh fruit and vegetables and avoid fatty food.

I sounds like you're a teenager, dude, and it all sounds perfectly normal to me. I'd suggest the only unhealthy aspect of the situation is how much guilt you're feeling and how much negativity you're attaching to it. Masturbation is a perfectly normal thing to do. Embrace it.

I'm envious, to be honest. I wish i had enough time in a day to tease in four or five wanks!

Yeah man,back in the day I used to do the exact same thing and feel shit afterwards!!:D
Dont worry too much about it,find seomthing else to do.I get really bored and when Im bored I whack one out then Im bored again!!
Just say your going to have one a day and try to find something else to do.

hiya.. if your a teenager which it seems like you are, its normal!! just enjoy it!! unless your masterbating over child/animal porn then i think you have some issues.
i dont think its anything to feel bad about, but if you do want to stop it then keep yourself busy do other things, go out with your friends etc.

If I'm not having sex I can easily masturbate ~5 times a day on weekends, nothing wrong with it at all. Never need to use porn though.
