rash around testicles

I have a problem with a bad rash on both sides of my testicles. Now I have the rash spreading all around the area of that area. I don't have any problems on my penis itself. Every morning i wake up there is something whitish on both sides. Today i see there was a red spot on my testicles skin. I haven't had sexual relations.


any idea what it is??

    It could be a heat rash. Try and keep the area clean and dry and even use talcum powder.
