ok this is going to seem an odd question but I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas...
I am completely happy with my figure but for some reason have really big calfs in proportion to the rest of my body?! i eat a very bad diet but always stay really slim..apart from my calfs (like any fat just goes there and nowhere else!). It doesn't help that I used to do alot of sport mainly athletics sprinting etc and that kind of built them up even more.I was just wondering if there any way, or any kind of exercise which slims down this part of the leg? I'm not being paranoid, it's just something I'm quite self-conscious about.

Well there's nothing wrong with nice toned calves in my opinion. If you want to get rid of the fat on them just do standard aerobic exercise, as fat is lost evenly round the body, not just in the area exercised. This mean that calf specific exercises won't remove any fat, just build up more muscle. If after reducing fat they still seem soft, then they probably aren't that much muscle, in whic case you want to tone them, which will make them firmer and increase definition without any real increase in size. This is done using exercises for lower legs and calves, using a low resistance and doing lots of reps.
