Help Bruise!

Last night I fell onto a chest of drawers and landed on my ribs. Today the area has started turning black and is really sore. Im going on holiday next week and dont want to have a big ugly bruise. :crying: Is there anything I can take or put on it or do to make it go faster?

    I dunno if something like sudocrem would work but I'd give that a shot.

    Have you been to the docs to see if its anything serious?

    Arnica cream (try somewhere like holland and barrett) works a treat at healing bruises up quickly.

    Arnica, either the cream or capsuals. They will really help with the bruising. Try a health food shop for them :)
