I have not had a period for over a year due to the depo jab. The doctor gave me amoxicillin for my chest infection a few days ago and I am now spotting.

Is this just a coincidence or is it a possible side effect?

    Not sure to be honest... but I know it can stop the pill working, so maybe it's the same for depo?

    i'm on the implant and i spot when i'm stressed...might be the same for you...?
