    They can be really good, they certainly shouldnt have any pork taste.

    That isn't a very good pic of a lardy cake. It's generally not as sticky as that.

    And a proper Wiltshire Lardy Cake is :yum: Doesn't taste liek pork. :confused:

    Heaven: It depends what mood I'm in... savoury meal would probably be spaghetti bolognese, cold winter night would be rhubarb crumble and custard, and hot summer day would be a huge slice of watermelon :yum:

    Hell: Coffee and walnut cake... ruining a perfectly good cake with the nastiest flavours known to man :yuck:

    :lol: I had so-called 'proper' wiltshire lard cake and I assure you it was not :yum: I agree about the pic though - I did purposely choose the most gross looking one on google. :p

    Heaven .... Oh I love food - but maybe a nice roast lamb with all the trimmings. I am a more savoury than sweet kinda guy.

    Hell : French green beans :yuck: They are hard and squeaky on your teeth .... Oh, and cabbage.

    heaven: (ohhh so hard to choose..) a big roast dinner, from a carvery so you get three different types of meat and lots of gravey

    Hell: anchovies or sardines....ugh smelly fish!

    Yes! I never wanted to ask anybody else if green beans squeaked on their teeth cuz thats a weird question but it so does you made me feel good :p


    Heaven: I can't choose. I like pretty much everything :p I'll go with a DQ banana split and cheesecake blizzard right now
