I'm curious to know...

How often do you workout?

What do you do?

I do a little running, swimming or weightlifting five days a week.

    i do cardiovascular stuff and weights at the gym about 2/3 times a week

    the best part is the sauna!

    I can't cope with the work out stuff its too boring. i play footy a few times a week ,tennis, cricket etc etc much more fun way to keep fit !

    bodypump and bodycombat rock! i try joggin round the park but it always starts to rain just as i step out the door d'oh!

    I do tae-bo boxing 2 or 3 times a week using the vid cos theres no classes in my area. <IMG alt="image" SRC="frown.gif" border="0">
    Ive started going swimming aswel 2 mornings a week and I'm thinking about joining some kind of aerobics class cos its boring working out on my own!

    I live by the motto, "why have a six pack when you can have a barrel"

    I hate all forms of exersize for the sake of exersize, ok I play a bit of football, and still like a good game of jimmy legit every now and them, but having an exersize routine is a bit much.

    Well at the moment (just started training again) I do:

    Mondays: climbing one week light weights and cardio the other week, and ocasionally volleyball training

    Tuesdays: Little bit of sport in college, and the big volleyball session - around 4-5 hours

    Wednesdays: Weights (heavy) and Cardio at Lunch, Climbing or swimming during games (after lunch)

    Thursdays: Generally rest day apart from Fencing (the sword thingie for those who don't know)

    Fridays: Weights (heavy) and v.light cardio (run out of time <IMG alt="image" SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0">)

    Weekend: Once a week tend to go down Mile end climbing wall and do some climbing.

    Also tend to have a volleyball match sometime during the week.

    At the moment my weights sessions are severely limited by the facilities I have at my disposal - the weights room ain't bad for a school but it ain't great by "proper" standards. When I go off to my best mates for a few weeks of fitness training then the week pretty much revolves around the sessions.

    I do about 40 minutes of cardiovascular and 10-15 minutes with weights 5 days a week.

    All I do is Cycle to and from work 5 days a week - It's about half and hour - 40 minutes each way but not really that cheallenging.
    As a result I have good firm (But big) thighs but the rest of me needs some work.

    I used to do Jayne Fonda and it worked but I'm just too lazy to go to the gym.

    I need to motivate myself and vary the kind if excercise I do.
