I am always playing with my Biro when studying or doing whatever. Unfortunately I have too little patience for that but just look at the youtube vid right when you open the site. Unbelievable.

you have lots of explanations and educational videos on that site for every trick, or other fundamentals you have to master before going on with the difficult stuff.

Yeh i actually know how to pen spin, it takes effort and practice. during class do it while your alone if u want, because spinning a pen actually projects nervousness (i've been told). preferably a pen that is longer than average with both sides having rubber fixings would help.
