Mens clothing sizes

I'm buying a t-shirt for my brother and the choice of sizes is 3,4,5,6 or 7. It's an adult t-shirt and the website doesn't offer any help at all! What do these mean?!

    Well my boyfriend is a 2 which is a small so I presume 3 is medium 4 large and it goes up from there?

    Is it Peter Werth by any chance? Never heard of any other brands using numbers.

    Ted Baker uses numbers as size, there are a few brands that do.

    I always think of 3 as Meduim.

    As other have said 3 is genrally about a medium. Henleys have some messed up sizes sometimes though so even you get the 'right' size it still might not fit
