hard boiled eggs

What do you like to do with hard boiled eggs?

I have bought 2 dozen to dye for easter (they were on sale :p), but I'm not sure what to do after. My dad always made egg salad, which I'll do, but it will just be me eating it and I"d never be able to eat just that with that much! So I need more ideas.

    eat the whites chopped onto a salad and chuck the yolks in the bin.

    Well I am severly dissapointed with these options, perhaps I should just let the carton of them sit in the fridge and rot like the last carton of eggs I bought did. They deserve it, for being so non versitile.

    Nooooooo!!!

    You can cut them into slices and put them in a sandwich or baguette with ham, bacon, sausage, cheese, salad and mayo. :yum:

    OR you can try and make your own Scotch eggs....

    OR you can drive around, throwing them at randomers waiting in bus stops. :D

    challenge people to see if they're strong enough to break an egg on their forehead then laugh as they smack themselves in the face with what is pretty much a small rock

    Bus stop seems like the best option thus far but there are no bus stops in the area :p

    Make Scotch eggs.

    Mix up some sausage meat with garlic, chili, salt, pepper or what ever you like really. Cover the eggs with it, roll in breadcumbs and then stick in the deep fat fyrer. :yum:

    Egg & Onion salad. Don't know how you make it, but it's quite nice. Jewish dish i think.

    my mum puts hard boiled eggs into her cauliflower cheese :love:

    just put a few of them (whole) in with the mix and hey presto! aaabsolutely gooorgeous!

    They are still just sitting there. Havn't even made egg salad as I can't be bothered to go get an egg slicer. I'll probably throw them away soon. I guess hard boiled eggs just make nothing appatizing :p but thanks for trying all ;) The boyfriend said he likes egg whites but has only eaten one so he is no help :p

    i love hard boiled eggs, bit of an addiction actually. i like pasta, with pesto sauce and boiled eggs chopped up. mmmmm might have that for my t!
