    I heard on radio 1 as well - about them linking up with the citizens advice beureau (i cant' spell) to give advice to young peopel about money

    That article from The Register is obviously sarcastic if you read it properly (especially the third paragraph).

    It's a reference to an article which appeared in the News of the World the previous day. Most of the links to the original story don't work anymore.

    The original News of the World article was actually printed in August not the day before.
