Sertraline/Lustral experiences?

I have been prescribed sertraline/lustral for post natal depression. They prescribed me sertraline because it is one of the few anti depressants that is breastfeeding friendly.

Any experiences? Side effects? Anything?

    I took sertraline for over 3 years, up until last week actually.
    It was fine, it helped enough to keep me going but not enough.
    Didnt have any particularly bothersome side-effects. I felt worse in the last couple of months on it and increasing the dose did nothing so ive now changed.
    And yeah-its safe while breast-feeding.

    I got really paraniod from sertraline, but apart from that didn't get any side effects.
