Jamaican Jerk

No sniggering in the back. :grump:

I have a pot of jerk. Earlier I used it with tofu and some veg... However, it is stupidly hot.

Was wondering if anybody knew any good recipes, or ways to cool it down (no milk... I don't take it).

I've only ever used Jerk for chicken and fish on the BBQ.

Because it's a marinade it's not really meant to be used as an ingredient.

I would suggest finding a recipe for Jerk and making it yourself but with less chili.

Things that mask Capsaicin include bannanas, Coconut and Yoghurt (I don't know if that include Soy Yoghurt though)
