    tried - not working. It worked the other day but I had to download java and the little orange thing is coming up (sometimes) now but no box to write me name in?!

    maybe try downloading java again, or restart internet explorer if thats what you are using

    like what does it have on the screen when you click on the chat link, just no box in the middle? if so, reinstall java

    have closed and reopened IE.

    and now when i click on it it has urm
    the title, and opens in a pop up box then nothing then please wait a few seconds. Before it did have the orange Java icon coming up but not that now.
    But if i roll my mouse over the empty space the box does kinda show up.

    now press refresh, i get that sometimes and refreshing makes it come up
