Masturbation problem..

Alright, so every time that I masturbate it completely drains the energy from me for the rest of the day and pretty much the entire next day..

It makes me feel really tired and my brain power hits a bare minimum.

I don't even really do it that much.. once every few days.. I used to do it a lot more and I never had any problems with it. When I have sex I never have this problem - I could have sex all night and not feel the slightest bit tired the next day - but I'm not in a relationship at the moment and need to get rid of my sexual tension some-how..

Any advice?

I also have same problem, yah i also need help in this regard, any one knows what to do in this situation and what is cause of this?

I think its very likely to be a psychological issue with masturbation because there is no physcial reason why it should do that, especially if sex doesnt have the same effect.
