gel nails

is there anyway of getting them off without a soak off at the nail place?

does anyone do it at home? how?

    It's really easy and cheap to do it yourself. Buy some acetone in a chemist, put it in a bowl and soak your nails in it for about 1/2 hour - an hour xx

    ok , it's just i was told it had to be acetone free by one person, then told it didn't matter by another. has anyone done it?

    I've done it. Acetone admitelly isn't that great for your nails (it can weaken them) because it's so strong to be able to get the gel off. But i've done it loads of times and my nails are fine.

    It has to be acetone and I've done it before and my nails have been fine after it.

    Yeah, don't get acetone free, because it won't work, it's too gentle. You'll need remover with acetone to be strong enough to break up the gel.
